HOW TO USE

1. Before each use, hand wash with clean, warm water and mild detergent.

2. Pour water to an approximate level of 6mm ( 1/4″) into the tray base.

3. Place the separator with your foodstuffs over the tray base.

4. Replace the lid over the tray base and place it in the microwave to steam your food.

5. Set the full power for cooking for 3 minutes and leave to stand for 1 minute at end of cooking before serving.

6. If further cooking is needed, do not exceed 1-minute increments. Additional water may need to be added.

7. Carefully remove the assembly from the microwave and place it on a suitable heat resistant surface to cool before serving.
